1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Prater Scriptura, operated by Josephine Prater. By commissioning any writing services, the client agrees to these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Prater Scriptura provides specialised German content, including SEO articles, casino/iGaming content, finance explainers, long-form editorials and optional services such as editing, proofreading and research summaries.

3. Human-Written Content

All content delivered is fully human-written. AI tools may be used for research or organisational purposes, but no AI-generated text is included in final deliverables.

4. Briefing & Collaboration

Clients must provide clear briefs, guidelines and reference materials. Prater Scriptura follows all reasonable instructions and adapts to client style guides where applicable.

5. Delivery & Deadlines

Deadlines are agreed before the project begins. Prater Scriptura delivers work punctually; delays caused by missing information or unclear instructions may extend timelines.

6. Revisions

Each project includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. Revision requests must be based on the original brief and submitted within 7 days of delivery.

7. Pricing & Payment

Pricing follows a transparent per-word structure:

• Standard SEO content: from £0.10 per word
• Casino/iGaming/finance content: £0.12–£0.15 per word
• Retainers available upon request

Invoices are issued upon delivery or monthly for retainer clients. Payment terms: 14 days.

8. Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the client must pay for all completed work up to the cancellation date.

9. Copyright & Usage Rights

Full usage rights transfer upon full payment. Until payment is received, all delivered content remains the intellectual property of Prater Scriptura.

10. Confidentiality

All client information, briefs and communication are treated as strictly confidential.

11. Liability

Prater Scriptura provides accurate, research-based content but is not responsible for legal compliance, regulatory interpretation or financial decisions made by the client. No financial or gambling advice is provided. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
